TERMS
- $4500 per week in July and August, and Labor Day week.
- $4200 per week in June and September after Labor Day week
- Utilities included.
- A fifty percent deposit will reserve the cottage.
- The remainder plus a security deposit of $200 payable upon occupancy.
- CANCELLATIONS: Deposit refundable subject to re-renting.
Tenants responsible for…
- bringing their own sheets and pillow cases
- Trash/Recycling separation and transporting to bins in
- local pick up area.
- Good care of the camp, furnishings, boat and grounds.
The cottage must be left in the condition found upon occupancy.
